VCU is Virginia Commonwealth University is a public research university located in Richmond, Virginia. MCV was founded in 1838 as the medical department of Hampden–Sydney College, becoming the Medical College of Virginia in 1854. In 1968, the Virginia General Assembly merged MCV with the Richmond Professional Institute, founded in 1917, to create Virginia Commonwealth University.

VCU is a premier public research university having an enrollment of nearly 32,000 students of which 6094 are graduate students. VCU diplomas are accredited by the AACSB, considered to be the gold standard for the accreditation of university business programs.

Joint Academic Programs:

  • Dual Master Program:
    • Two courses are taught in the fall by IIHEM professors. The remaining eight courses take place on the VCU campus in Virginia. The capstone project (Projet de Fin d'Etudes) is supervised by IIHEM professors and is presented thereafter.
